Manual for the implementation of the Convention on the Rights of the Child in local self-government units

The manual identifies steps that municipalities should take for the construction of a local system dedicated to the realization of children's rights. These steps include: the development of structures, the definition of normative solutions and the construction of mechanisms, and the implementation of activities that should enable the introduction of the child's perspective in the process of exercising the competences of the local self-government.
