On March 24, within the framework of the project “Place to Grow”, a workshop was held to strengthen the capacities of representatives from local municipalities, kindergartens, primary and secondary schools from Vinica, Debar, Gostivar, Veles, and Kisela Voda in organizing meetings with children and young people.
The workshop placed special emphasis on one of the resources from the project’s E-Library, which sparked the greatest interest among participants – creating an environment where children feel respected, safe, and free to express their opinions.
What did the workshop include?
- Improving skills for consulting with children
- Creating a safe and supportive atmosphere for their participation
- Organizing meetings between children, youth, and decision-makers, especially in risk situations
- Introducing the E-Library – its resources and opportunities
- Exchanging ideas for its further improvement
The municipalities are showing strong engagement and commitment to creating better opportunities for children, and we remain motivated to continue this mission!
